Photos of Colorado Rocky Mountain National Park Pine Forest in Mist and Fog. These images of the Colorado Pine Trees in rolling fog and mist were captured along Trail Ridge Road. As we made our way back down from the Rock Cut we came across the mystical scene. The fog and mist rolling between the Colorado Pines created a Heavenly sight for passers by to behold. These photos of Rocky Mountain National Park were taken on October 4, 2018 between 9:03am and 9:17am.

The following camera gear was used in the Landscape Photography of rolling fog and mist of Colorado Pine Trees in Rocky Mountain National Park:
- a Nikon D850 with a Really Right Stuff L-Bracket,
- F-Stop Gear Aloe Green Tilopa 50L Back Pack (with large Pro ICU),
- a Really Right Stuff TVC 34L tripod,
- with a Really Right Stuff BH-50 LR Ballhead,
- the Nikkor AF-S NIKKOR 24-70mm f/2.8 lens,
- a AF-S NIKKOR 70-200mm f/2.8E FL ED VR lens,
- and the iPhone XS Max.
The photo to the right was taken on the Nikon D850 and 70-200mm lens at 135mm. We captured this image just as the fog and mist to rolls through forest, changing the scene from moment to moment. The D850 exposures for the images averaged between 1/320 of a second to 1/1250 of a second at f/8 and f/11. We used the D850’s native ISO of 64. The iPhone images specs were ISO 16 at 1/2200 of a second at f/2.4 hand held. Adobe Lightroom Classic CC is our editing and Digital Asset Management tool of choice. These are all single RAW files processed as DNG files with the exception of the iPhone XS Max photos.
