Purple Blue Colorado Wildflowers

Located below please view the gallery of Photos of Purple Blue Colorado Wildflowers. The wildflowers featured on this page include the Western Spiderwort Flower (Tradescantia occidentalis) and the Wild Iris – (Iris missouriensis). The photos of the Colorado Wildflowers located on this page were taken in Castle Rock Colorado. We photographed them between 6:30am and 8:00am on June 11 and June 12, 2016. There appeared to be many more wildflowers blooming this year. This may have been due to the rain fall we experienced in May and June.
